Some simple terms and conditions
Our intent is to create training that celebrates and extends the established training and best practice.
In working with you in a collaborative way, we are looking to create material that works alongside your existing training, coaching and consultancy. Augmenting your offer with small packages that improve your customer's chances of winning in the UK and European markets.
The primary intent is to improve this material and make it as relevant as possible.
Secondarily, if you feel the material will be beneficial to your customer's then we welcome a discussion on how we might structure that for mutual benefit.
As you would expect, our legal team have asked that we create a little protection of our ideas and materials and we have sought to keep it as straightforward as possible. The agreement is between you and our business Business Winning Services Limited (BWS).
Ownership of Training Materials
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Training Materials are owned by BWS. The Recipient and/or Licensee agrees not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell the Training Materials in any way without the prior written consent of BWS.
Restrictions on Use
The Training Materials may only be used for the intended purpose, to review and provide feedback for improvement suggestions to BWS.
The Recipient or Licensee agrees that all information disclosed to it by BWS in connection with the Training Materials is confidential and constitutes trade secrets of BWS . The Recipient or Licensee agrees to use its best efforts to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to prevent its unauthorised disclosure.
Non-Competition
Should the Training Materials be of interest to the Recipient or Licensee, it is BWS's intent to enter a collaborative agreement to co-sell and/or co-market the Training Materials.
The only condition that BWS apply is a non-competition clause for the areas covered by BWS's IP in the Training Materials for the period of one calendar year from the Recipients or Licensee's acceptance of these conditions.
Termination
The Recipient or Licencee may terminate their involvement in the programme at any time via email to contact@business-winning.com but accepts that the conditions for Ownership, Restrictions on use, and Non-Competition survive as defined in these conditions.
