It is still early days, but our new Position to Win (PnTW) approach is already helping customers win competitive tenders, especially those scoring on value rather than price, like all the UK Government's tenders over £5M.

 

Our new approach is PnTW v2.0, a combination of best practices, experience and real-life data. It combines all the major levers to help you score more points and win tenders.

 

This is achieved by providing you with the latest knowledge and training of how the following areas combine to improve your ability to win:

  • How to take advantage of the top value-based methods; remember in 4/5 cases this is about value, and not about price alone.
